It's really easy to get depressed around this time of year. Our bodies know that the hours of darkness outlast the hours of light, and it will only get worse... until yule.

I have decided that instead of letting it get me down, I will just get my shit done. And hang out with friends. And continue creating like I always do.
Also, I have been feeling under the weather, and that is probably contributing to the lethargy.

From the I-learned-this-from-experience department:

Try getting enough sleep. It's really, really hard to do that in college, and I certainly never managed it, but my amount of sleep seems to be the chief determinant of my mood and my social effectiveness.

I sleep a lot. Like from 1am to 8 or 9am. That is not enough for a teenager, but DEFINITELY enough for an adult. And especially an adult in college.

And sometimes I take naps. :)
