Tutorial 2 - Signature tags and attaching pictures and icons to a post.
As requested by zomg_amudblood, the second tutorial is on sig tags and pictures.
Here at hogwarts_select you will have likely heard either me or one of your head prefects/prefects speak about attaching "sig tags" to your comments when sorting to earn you extra house points.
A sig tag looks something like this:
Now, to attach this picture to a post or comment, as I have done, all you simply need to do is use the code <*img src="http://www.pathtourl.com"*> removing both of the * from the code. In place of the http://www.pathtourl.com should be the link to where your picture or icon is stored on the internet. Places which store pictures and icons for you are Photobucket, Imageshack, Image Hosting, Village Hosting and likely many more.
This code can be used to attach any icon or picture to a post or comment you make.
