Well, *some* of the time. ;-p Taking a break from the school year routine is always a welcomed change around here. Busying ourselves with ball schedules, swimming lessons, and other Summer events is anything but peaceful, but at least it's an overall more laid-back pace. Thankfully much more laid-back. And this mom is loving it. So far. haha

Happy birthday to you and Bridget! Eight...my Em will be eight on her next birthday and I just can't get my head around how grown up that seems.
Enjoy True Blood! I have to wait for it come out on dvd and only just saw season 3. Such a sad face from me!

Eight not only seems grown up, but there's also obvious signs of maturity starting to pop up here & there. Suddenly a purse has started accompanying her whenever she leaves the house as well as her disappearance into her room 10 minutes before we head out the door & comes out smelling of body spray, wearing shiny lip gloss, & a ring or little necklace. It's adorable & heart-breaking at the same time. ;-) My little girl is growing up. <3
