Office fool is loose
Pics behind cut.
This morning one of the Glenn, one of the guys that work in the Home Loans Canada office down the hall decided he was going to try to get a picture of me. Friggen annoying. I got him back. I stole his camera, downloaded his pics of me and erased them from his memory card. Then I turned the camera on him. He hasn't gotten it back yet. That'll teach him.
I've not been sleeping well and this morning I had a bit of a headache. So I thought that I'd take a break and rest the eyes a bit. Silly goof thought it would be amusing to capture me "asleep at work" so to speak. He will pay.
Of course when I heard the click of the camera, I did what any self respecting professonal would do. Tried to run and hide.
Then I made a goofy face and saluted the nut-job. Wanna buy a house from me?
It was at this point that I took his camera and took some pictures of my own. Here's one of the little weasel scurrying back to his office. He thought it was all great fun. Grr.
I work for a smallish real estate company here in Halifax Regional Municipality. Our office has 25 Realtors (including myself) and we are set up largely for agents who work from home. We don't have a nice fancy office with lots of cubicles or a huge reception area. Here is part of the main office. I'm not showing the reception area, mainly cause our receptionist was having none of this. Prude.
I don't have a home office. I probably wouldn't get anything done. Instead, I've rented an office in the same building as the main office. The building also houses a mortgage company, a lawyer, and accountant and a spa. So when clients are done in my real estate office, they can go apply for their mortgage, get their taxes done, do their will, and then go get their short and curlies ripped out by the roots by a guy/girl in transition named Esmerelda. All without leaving the building. Now that's service.
