Saw a thing online about a lecture Bill Gates gave, about things they never taught you in high school. One was, "Flipping Burgers isn't beneath you. Your grandparents had a word for flipping burgers. They called it opportunity."
He's right. Flipping burgers isn't beneath anyone. Dealing with self absorbed pricks yelling at you because you gave them a wheat bun instead of white or because their Coca-Cola is flat, on the otherhand, is beneath everyone.
On the otherhand, office jobs are filled with nothing but menial, thankless paperwork that needs to be done so that some manager can look good, so maybe they have a reason to be cranky too.
Or maybe they're just a bunch of dicks and cunts. Yeah, I'm gonna go with that one.
