I think I am getting the hang of this oven - but it ... made the cake rise extra ... I've always ended up with lovely dense 'posh' chocolate cake and now ... but in other news .... Thalinoviel can now officially come to tea as I iz now a successful baker of a vegan baked good ... provided all she wants to eat are ginger, apricot and chocolate

Yes, I do make a lot of vegan cake for someone who's not vegan. I like the look on people's face when they realise they can have cake after all.
