Next time, you should see if you can use a vector-based image program (such as Adobe Illustrator, or something). They tend to be, by default, more printer-friendly due to scalable graphics ( ... )

funny this....the program was everything you said it should be. It was done on Adobe Illustrator, it was a CYMK color file thing, and yeah. it was my fault but the dumb printers. When I finnaly moved printers it worked JUST FINE!! grr. Im just upset it took me and the woman who worked there so long to figure it all out. >.
