After a week of checking obsessively, my Ravelry invite eventually came last night, just as I was about to turn off my laptop and go to bed. So of course I stayed up for another hour, playing and trialing uploading projects. It's great fun, I've spent most of today messing about on there, I have most of my finished objects and works in progress on

Of course you can! Both have been sadly neglected this year though :(

I haven't done anything on the Harrogate Rav group, but one day I might. I'm still trying to get people in York interested in meeting up, but it's not proving easy - there are a couple of fledgling groups, but they're not really taking off.

the lovely funkyflower is in York, I think, and a bit disappointed about the lack of cool folk to meet up. The nutty knitters of hairgit are fantastic, I feel part of a community where I live for the first time, it's ace!
