Ok, so it's 2:42 am on a Saturday night. I just spent my night at Caribou coffee attempting (unsuccessfully) at writing a paper. I've been thinking a lot lately (not that that's anything new). Today was inaguration for our new Emory President, James Wagner. He's awesome. Today was a great party; class was cancelled, the whole fanfare of events occurred, and Jimmy Carter and his secret service agents came! It was great. I'm in a melancholy mood right now...no specific reason. Don't really want to go back to school, but it could also be that I'm listening to Jewel right now.

So I watched this documentary called Spellbound today; it's really intriguing, although no one else wants to watch it. It's about these 8 kids who make it to the national spelling bee and their stories. I found it fascinating. However, it appears that I am the only one.
