this is fabulous. 22 is great, her character is very easy to picture. I love the chinese food bit. my favorite part is "the renowned novelist KJ Worling, creator of Perry Trotter, a freckled Muggle scamp who got into all sorts of adorable adventures." this is one of the best lines i have read in a while! I hope you do another part

Thank you so much for reading and commenting! :) I'm glad 22 caught fire as well: originally she was completely destroyed, but I decided that was a bit unfair, even if she was nasty to Remus and Sirius.

Oh, Minnow, I'm so glad you posted a round-up. I completely missed this when you posted.

I'm sitting here wanting to laugh so hard, at both the flat and her tenants. However, I'd hate to have to explain why to my co-workers.

Anyway, I loved this:

and the fact that Sirius pretended to not know how to cook.

Thank you very much for a lovely comment! :) Sirius and the not-cooking was one of the first ideas for the fic -- it woke me in the middle of the night, which didn't go down well -- and so I'm especially glad you liked that part.
