Waste of Tax Dollars

I'm ashamed of what my tax dollars pay for...I think I want a refund! :-P Today, as I was driving home from work I noticed some large Maryland History signs that went up leading the the Brunswick exit. I'd never seen them before, so I assume they went up recently. Well I get to the top of the exit and there was another one, this time with arrows

Not sure. Probably the highway department or something. I figure I'll give it a few days and then maybe call someone...lol.
