As always, Isa's story makes me so sad, because we all know what's going to happen. I love the friendship you describe between Isa and Lea, it's really touching.
Saix is even more interesting, because while he still cares for Axel as much as he can, he doesn't feel like he has a place in his world. Or at least, that's what I'm getting out of it. It seems like he feels so much less than Axel, that he welcomes Xemnas's attention.
Ugh, I've been gone forever, lost in another fandom. I'm glad you dragged me back with this fantastic story.

I really struggled to dish out this chapter, but when I go back and read over it, it's not as bad as I think it is, so I'm pretty proud of it.
That is the general gist with Saix :) I want to write him to be different in reaction to Axel and actually question things as opposed to slipping into the easy and deluded life Axel is in.
Thanks again for reading! ♥

Well, I enjoyed it. Maybe you had trouble with it because you've been up to other things lately? I'm glad you found that you liked it when you came back for a re-read, because, as always, it's fabulous.
I like that. Like, in this new world he doesn't really have to rely on Axel. He can move on his own just fine, and Axel is just as much of an outcast as he is. And, Xemnas has taken an interest in him, and not Axel. So it's almost like he's got more going for him in this new life.
I'm a loyal fan, I promise! I enjoy what you write, even if my minds been taken over by Dragon Age zombies at the moment. XD

0_o You are so spot on with this story it's kinda scary - Axel's redundancy is precisely what I'm aiming for XD
Aah thank you! ♥ It's always so kind of you to leave a comment for my works - I really appreciate it!

No, I never gave them much thought either, but I wanted to explore Lea (and consequently Axel) as a bit of a double edged sword, and giving him some enigma somehow twisted into doing research on tattoos and gang culture :S There wasn't a clear cut meaning to teardrop tattoos though, but more than one site remarked that they're a symbol of murder, which fits well with this fic.
Thanks for reading! ♥

If there's a kind of uneasiness throughout the chapter (even when they're somewhat heartwarming childhood friends), the last line really hammers it home. It's really interesting to see a take on Axel's posessiveness from the other side, and I'm looking forward to seeing how the balance changes later on!

I have to admit, I have way more fun doing Lea and Axel's sections. They're both wrongdoers, but it's challenging and interesting to try and justify his wrongness, if that makes sense! Thanks for reading, I'm glad you enjoyed it!!
