LJ Name Change

Oh fuck.  The one time I don't expect LJ to be so prompt and efficient, it changes my username in the blink of an eye.  I thought I was going to get sent a big button to press when the time is right.  Stupid LJ.

Therefore,  lily_silver is now minntaka. (Please don't hate me I'm still the same person.)

It's to combine two of my LJ / ff.net profiles in one place (I'm going to be sticking my non-KH fics here now), plus my username was so old and I fancied a change :D

8D. I didn't even know livejournal could do that (because I'm a derp XD). I came up with my horribly embarrassing name so long ago. How exactly does one go about changing it?

LJ doesn't really advertise these things well - it took me ages to work out how to go about renaming it. It's in the LJ 'shop' though and you have to pay for it to get changed. It's a moneymaking scheme, counting on people (like yours truly) to pick stupid names when we're young so that we become desperate to get them changed XD

Yeah it sucks doesn't it? You have to pay for everything these days :o Your username isn't stupid, though! I usually cringe at those usernames like [insert character]-luvah-4eva or mrs-[insert character] XD
