I don't know if you have any way to answer this question, but you wouldn't know any way to get an Android app to be able to access Gears in a WebView, would you? It appears that we can't load plugins in the normal WebView, and if we leverage the Browser, we lose all control of the app....

I don't know, I haven't worked with WebView. Could you be more specific about what you're trying to do?
Also, the developer lists are pretty good, but if you've asked a clear question and you didn't get an answer, let me know and I can ping one of the internal developers.

I'm not actually terribly surprised about the weather app; ForecastFox is one of my essential browser plugins. The kind of people who early-adopt stuff like this are not the kind of people who watch local TV news, and we still need to get our weather info from somewhere...
