I've been feeling diconnected lately.

A bit apart.

Each day is the same....a holding period until a very big unknown world of living on my own and being with someone in a live-in situation comes to be. I'm not scared, I'm anxious.

There are a lot of what if questions here...and I'm not a fan of questions like that.

Is there something else out there? How would I know?
if there is someone else out there you would know at the right time. but right now you may have already met that someone and love him like he is that one. he has just as much chance as anyone else, so who knows? cliche saying warning: Only time will tell. just dont start doubting him as the one you're suposed to be with. cause once you get that idea in your head, it's stuck there, which wouldnt be very good. and even if ben isnt your destined love, so what? loving another person is an experience of life and where most life lessons are learned. it's rare and fantastic and you should take full advantage of it and experience every little aspect of it. the good will make you soar, and you'll learn a lot from the bad. so either way you win : ) ...(except the bad hurting alotalot) anyways dawn, i know things will work out for you and you'll wake up everyday smiling when seeing him next to you. you're just so full of love, it's great

oh and the distance thing does suck. madd balls. the only thing that helps a little bit is stepping back to realize that you do have someone to love and who loves you in this world, and who share a love strong enough to withstand distance. and that you can go on with your everyday life just knowing that. and even being more fortunate than others who cant say the same. basically that you can have a good life, fulfill your own responsibilities and have time for yourself, and your friends etc, all the while having someone who cares about you deeply.
yea, the only distance-advice i have is this self-assurance type thing. it was the only thing i could do to make myself smile when thinking of tommy, when he was 4hrs away and gone for 6weeks.

The doubts are founded... and not for any other reason than they're perfectly normal doubts. Whether you succumb to the doubts or brave the unknown is up to you and your soul.

Sure, he may or may not be the one. But he's definitely who you love RIGHT NOW... and that's what's important.

Follow your heart, balance it out with what your mind knows is best, and you'll be fine. :-)
