tail lump

Hey guys, one of my rats has a small lump towards the end of his tail. It doesn't seem to bother him, I touch it and he doesn't react. Do you have any ideas what it is or do you think I should take him in to be seen?

Ouch, poor thing. Well hopefully it's nothing bad. Maybe it's like a harmless pimple type thing or something.
