Is it popped or unpopped?

I imagine it being like the size of a bag of cat litter -- that's like two bags per large garbage can?

I would say yes but I'm afraid of making popcorn on a stove. Both times I've tried it I've burned myself/destroyed the kitchen floor or jeans.

i'm sorry to hear about your traumatic jeans/kitchen experience. but thanks for the kitty litter image- oh man, i've laughed so hard thinking of container ideas i'm assuming it's unpopped. if it's popped, i would say it would fill up an entire brooklyn apartment (2 manhattan apartments). maybe an entire block. it's 100 lbs of popcorn.
