While out shopping today (nothing fun, just household stuff and materials for a new project I'm working on) I managed to do something horrible to my back. I didn't pick anything up (not even the tattooed hottie at Homo Depot) or bend over funny (not even for the tattooed hottie at Trader Joe's), but I can barely stand up. Ow ow ow ow

Back problems seem to be going around. Hope it's quickly sorted. I've found heat packs and nurofen to be helpful.
