Giant Map of Slashers - Update

I guess there is interest, and it's pretty cool to see - seriously, Mongolia? Iran? Kazakhstan? There are slashers in Kazakhstan? How cool! - but it's also clear that a simple Google Map has limitations. For one thing, you only see on the maps the placemarks that are listed in the results pane - and I can't find anywhere that lets you set how

Hmmm, has the first influx of people ended, do you think - new folks showing up more slowly? If so, I'd say yeah, lock it down for now

I say leave it up, but if you find a realer solution, you might want to try that as well.

Would it be possible to lock it down and then import the markers onto a new map? To save the entries already there but allow additions?
