Omelette Rice
Awhile ago, nagoya_mewmew was nice enough to translate this omelette rice (with tomato and chicken) recipe. I had some free time yesterday so I decided to give it a try.
First attempt:
The tomato chicken rice was really easy to make (since you mainly chop stuff up and throw it in the rice cooker). The omelette...not so much >_>.
Second attempt:
This one looks a bit better.
Regardless of how either looked, it was seriously delicious! I highly recommend it!
