I'm so sore I can barely WALK! I wince and nearly cry everytime I stand up because the pain is so intense..this is the worse pain I have EVER felt!
but it's worth it so I should just shut up and quit whining.

sounds as though you are definitely overexerting yourself with this workout regime. You may actually be causing more harm than good.
Make sure to start out with an amount of training that you can handle, where you feel a slight ache, but a GOOD ache afterwards....then slowly move up to more and more weight/cardio. Also, I sure hope u arent working out every day, and if you are, I really hope you are alternating muscle groups, like upper body one day, lower body the next day.....or cardio one day, weights the next. The most ideal situation is to work out every second day, to give your muscles time to heal....If you pull something thats definitely NOT good...and I know that you shouldnt be in that much pain, thats a bad sign.

I didn't really add much weight (just 16lbs) and doing squats is hard regardless....I was working muscles in a way I never have before. I always alternate and switch it up. I just used some muscles that hadn't been properly used in a long time..i'm totally fine today...it only really hurt like a bitch when I used them to stand up and sit down..walking was ok after I stretched them out from sitting down. No worries things are going ok :)
Thanks for the concern though..next time I think I'll do less sets of squats lol.
