Walking in a Big City alone, experiencing the lights and sounds of traffic, is such an urban euphoria. And I am happy for you that you get to do this. To make it more exciting-- resist the urge to burn your credit card and do not take public transportation unless it's really very far and get lost but don't ask for directions until you're in the brink of tears. Sometimes, MAkati can induce this feeling but it's not that developed yet as to other big cities like Milan, London, Paris, and New York. I promise that it will be culturally rewarding experience for you. mas excited pa yata ako.

haha. thanks lawrence!!! kanina i took the bus from the airport then walked to the hotel. how's that for adventure? haha. i did that once in venice--i got lost on purpose. sobrang dami kang makikita along the way nga. ganito... i won't take a TAXI nalang. super sakit na ng paa ko! hahaha.
