My classes are cancelled for the seventh day in a row!

I have a question, I hope someone has an answer for me. When writing a personal essay for a college applications, how much weight does the "cultural understanding" part carry? The UW Seattle application suggests 2-4 pages double spaced, and I'm already at the bottom of the third page, and not quite ready to talk about culture, or end the essay ( Read more... )

Alright, it was like 15 degrees at 8:30 this morning. wtf. The warmest I've seen in the past few days is when it got up to 32 yesterday afternoon. The warmest I've seen today is 30. Luckily the roads are fine, so we just have to bundle up well. I prefer this to rain though.
