When I weighed 30 pounds more than I do now, I faced a similar dilemma. Exercising seems easy from the outside but it can be so hard to fit into one's schedule. I'm sorry that you have to wake up so early, and that you're so tired at night. I know the feeling.... I hope that you find something that works for you. Like maybe walking around campus for 20 minutes after lunch or something.

Don't be so hard on yourself. The first month is always the hardest.

Haha, well that was just me moaning and groaning about it all but I'm actually looking forward to the morning exercises, I realized that because I'm so tired by evening time I'd be doing myself a favor.

I didn't get to start it this week, but I'll be revving for Monday. ;3

Yes! Finding time to exercise is one of the hardest parts for me. It's not that my day is crammed to the gills with stuff to do, it's more just fluctuating levels of energy and willpower. Working out in the morning was always tough unless I was doing it with someone else. When I'm alone, it's just so much easier to press the "sleep" button and roll back into dreamland, especially earlier than 6 in the morning. I know it's not the best idea, but for the past week or so, I've been working out late at night (around 11 PM - guhh). I wouldn't suggest it, though. I'm just a huge procrastinator ( ... )

Haha. Oh yeah!

I haven't posted yet because I haven't made any progress, which is a shame for me. C: I just didn't want to get redunant in my post or seem iffy about it. There's a lot of midterms for me going on and I've just focused on studying.

I want to get out of this jam but hey XD the kinect is coming out and I look forward to that, the dance central game? For 360. Big time gamer nerd. >>;

So far I've just been walking, taking the stairs at school rather than the elevator and occasionally running to catch up to friends.
