The best way to add your exercise into college life is to do it slowly. Take the stairs, walk the campus when you have a break, etc.

Any progress you make is progress you didn't have before! Take it one step at a time and you'll get there... we have confidence in you! :)

Yeah, your both right!

I just get ahead of myself and just want to slam it all in at once and well, that doesn't turn out to well but I'm not stopping! ^.^
