Near Death Experience (or something in the basic genre)

I slipped over in the bathroom today. The floor was wet. Typically it was when I only had about ten minutes left to get dressed and ready for work. Usually I'm very careful because about ten years ago, the sister of a friend of mine was killed when she slipped and hit her head. I don't really know what happened today
