Well, I'm not saying this guy is as good as caseystratton but there is something about him... This is Damien Leith... the first person through to the Top 12 of Australian Idol 2006. He's Irish and I think he's awesome. I wanted to share his performance of Joe Cocker's "You Are So Beautiful" with my LJ buddies. Especially since you're all such music

Nice! I actually saw the judges comments to this, but had missed the actual performance, so thanks for posting that.

Meanwhile, some of the girls on tonight's show were crapola! It reminded me why I don't bother watching until later on!

OMG I KNOW! A couple of them have completely TANKED! Poor girls. Hey did you see Lisa Mitchell's performance tonight? The one that Mark called 'magic' and Kyle made everyone stand up and give her an extra ovation etc... she's the one that reminds me of you :D

Aww...was she the one sitting on the stool? I only saw the last girl and then the quick version of all of them at the end.
