Titanic sank due to a simple navigation mistake
Wow. Such tragedy, and because it was a time of transition and people were confused (kind of like these days).
It probably could've been averted, or at least maybe it wouldn't have been on such a huge loss with a little less hubris in the mix, you know?

Anger is a strange thing. We tend to think about it in singular terms, mostly in terms of flame and heat and hell. It is what we'd call a "negative emotion".
