Alright, I don't know if a lot of people knows this, but a few months ago I was having really bad car trouble so I had a temporary car.  My apartment complex TOWED that car and made me pay to get it out.  Quite a fiasco.  Because the office was closed, I couldn't get a temporary pass that day.  They told me to call the emergency maintenance line

Wow, that sounds like a real nightmare. I'm sorry you are having to deal with all of this. That is my biggest worry when I move out this year... I need a good management service where ever I live.
