Old friends are bizarre animals. Its funny how people never really change that much. Well they do, but in very subtle ways. I can't decide if this is depressing or comforting. If other people haven't changed much, than I probably haven't changed as much as I thought. This seems really alien to me- when I look back at the past I see a completely

i think that at the core we are both the same in personality. but so much time has passed. I know that I see a much different, much more happy/stable girl now in you. As for myself -- I know I have changed a lot. it's new york. but we talked about that. Going to LA was so strange for me. with the exception of you, I had no need to connect with some of the old friends who were there and who I hung out with. you know.... it was just totally strange. seeing you was wonderful though. I wish we coulda hung out more.

I wish we could have hung out more too. I'm glad you weren't bored with me and Stewart! I felt bad that I drunk so much with c the night before too. Is she still staying with you for a few days?

We'll hang out more the next time you're out here. Maybe you should just stay with me the whole time : )
