These past couple weeks have been very bumpy for Dan and I. It’s really hard sometimes when both of us struggle with depression. Hard to be the companion that lifts the fallen one up when you’re on your own butt lol

Lots of people get depressed in the East Coat (season depression). Do you also have that on the West Coast?
I never heard of something like that until I came to live to USA. Lima-Peru has a different weather, the coolest it gets is 50F.
