Whatever twit organized today schedule was bloody mental. What kind of loon would give three exams in one day?!? Hermione panicked, speed walking out of her exam for Potions, to the Great Hall with her Muggle Studies books.

If that Great Hall is too loud, I'm just going to have to skip lunch.
Skip it? You CANNOT skip it.
We'll see, I suppose.

"Hey, Hermione," Neville said when he spotted the girl, a full plate in his hand, as well. "How's it going?" He took the seat next to her and watched her for a moment before taking a bite of his food.

Hermione grumbled at first, flipping through pages, until she realized Neville had addressed her.

"Oh, hello," she looked up quickly, flashing a quick smile before returning to her work.

Hopefully that would be clue enough.

Neville had been examining his apple, and did not take notice of Hermione's gesture.

"What's new with you?" he asked, putting his apple down.
