What I was thinking for the cut because I don't want to cut it shorter than it is now:
Yes/No?
And for the color I wanted chunks, or streaks... or whatever. I'm not exactly sure how to go about this, but here are a few pictures that would illustrate the color Im looking for:

And I'm wanting there to be chunky streaks of dark brown and light brown all around.
I have no idea what I'm getting myself into. haha.
