Delphi's bankruptcy declaration this week will affect many people throughout the state. Families are all worried about their well-being, and that is understandable. I was wondering, did you type this entry yourself from all the information you had gathered or take it from a news website?

I typed it myself. My dad works for Delphi, he is the Chief Manufacturer of half-shafts worldwide, so he is dealing with people from both ends of the spectrum - the union and the salaried workers. Most of the information I posted came from him and the speech his boss, Steve Miller, gave a couple weeks ago concerning Delphi's bankruptcy.

I just saw this post! And you are spot on. People who work at Delphi have been downright spoiled, and it's time for changes. I am not looking down at anyone here, because I applaud working instead of sitting on one's ass and collecting welfare, but getting paid that much for putting parts together is ridiculous. These workers get paid more than police officers, EMTs, firemen, etc. It's just not right!
