Pairing: Sungmin x Hangeng Sungkyung?
Summary: What kind of relationship do these two have.
Sungmin sat with his knees to his chest on the rooftop of the SUJU dorm building. It was a good place to sit and rehearse. Sungmin took ripped a small piece from his twizzler with his teeth. “How did you know I was here?” Sungmin said to himself.
Hangeng was on the other side of the roof. He hadn't noticed Sungmin come up. His thoughts were consumed with his recent breakup from Siwon. He had come up here to cry often. He had finished all of his crying for the night and just let the cool ear dry the tears to his cheek. He exhaled deeply and turned around to go back to hell. He paused. He noticed a back that was distinctly Sungmin's.
Sungmin laughed a bit, “I should have figured if anyone was up here it would be you.” Sungmin ripped another piece from his twizzler.
Hangeng jumped a bit, he had only just walked to Sungmin's back. He was good. “That's a kind of out of place.”
It was Sungmin's turn to jump. He put a hand over his heart and shook his head. “Aish you scared me hyung.” Sungmin looked confused and thought for a second. He had no idea what Hangeng meant.
“You don't see me?” Hangeng was a little confused and he was sure his Korean wasn't that bad. “Who were you conversing with?”
“Oh, I was practicing lines for a mini-drama.” He smiled a bit and offered Hangeng a stick of twizzler.
Hangeng laughed, “Oh, I feel unintelligent, now” He took a stick of twizzler and started to eat it, though less aggressively than Sungmin.
Sungmin shrugged eating the last piece of his twizzler and pulling out a new one. “What brings you here Hangeng?” He was upset that he was caught on the roof. It was not going to be his special place anymore. It could be worse though. At least kangin hadn't discovered him. Sungmin scoffed at the thought and harshly ripped off a piece of his twizzler. Maybe Hangeng wouldn't be too bad, as their relationship was basically nothing.
Hangeng purposely avoided the question. And watched Sungmin rip the twizzler. “So it is a nice night.”
Sungmin nodded, “Yes.”
There was a long moment of silence. Hangeng didn't want to be rude and leave, but it was awkward. He had never been alone with Sungmin, and had no idea what to say.
“Do you know what time it is?” Sungmin asked looking bored.
“Oh yeah!” Hangeng pulled the sleeve of his shirt up. “It is 7:35”
“Thanks.” Sungmin stood up and walked to the door that led back to the building.
Hangeng finished his licorice. That encounter summed up their relationship. He followed out the door not too long after Sungmin.
~~~~~~~~~~~
Sungmin was pulling on his pants, a lollipop hanging loosely from his mouth.
Hangeng sat with his back to his the wall and his legs stretched out on the bed. He had his hands neatly folded in his lap and looked a little uncomfortable as he watched Sungmin. “Sungmin, are you okay.”
Sungmin removed the candy from his mouth and shrugged. “I am fine, are you okay?” He stuck his lollipop back in his mouth and started to button up his shirt.
Hangeng looked down, “I am okay,” Hangeng turned slightly red. “Should this crime be something allowed without love?”
Sungmin stopped to laugh at Hangeng's weird Korean, and smiled. “Did you feel any loving feelings toward me?” Sungmin asked returning to his indifferent expression.
Hangeng looked up at Sungmin, his eyes watering. “No I do not.” He gripped the sheets over and over with his hands. “But because of our act I feel bad for you.”
Sungmin raised an eyebrow slightly. “Sometimes I think people need to have sex like that. Don't feel bad for me. It wasn't bad.”
“Bu-“
“What were you thinking the entire time, and be honest.” Sungmin had finished buttoning his shirt.
“Pleasure.” Though he was really thinking about how he wanted to rip Sungmin like a twizzler.
“And WHO didn't you think about?”
Hangeng thought for a while, “Siwon.”
“How do you feel now?”
“Relaxed.” He no longer wished to twizzler Sungmin like a twizzler.
“Good, well I have to go.” Sungmin stretched his arms above his head and sighed. “Guess I might see you up on the roof again.” He walked out of the room not looking back once.
Hangeng smiled. “I don't think you will.”
