09. Coffee. Eunhyuk/Donghae

The Eunhae duo stared at each other then at their current predicament.

"It's your fault!" they both said at the same time. Donghae looked betrayed while Eunhyuk's eyes widen.
"No! It's yours!" Donghae pointed.
"No! Yours!" Eunhyuk retaliated.
"Yours!"
"Yours!"
"Yours!"
"Yours!"
After ten minutes of arguing, that was composed of only one word, Donghae pushed Eunhyuk.
"It's your fault Hyukkie! Like the last time with the toaster!"
"It's not! And how dare you bring the toaster issue up? It's your fault like what you did on the blender a week ago!"
Donghae's eyes widen.
"You promised we'll forget about that incident!!! Do you want me to tell Sungmin who killed the Hamster?!"
"Don't bring Mr. Fluffy Snuffles III into this!!! It was an accident. Not like what you did on Heechul hyung's pink mesh shirt!"
"That was an accident too! You're the one who pushed me so I have no choice but to grab on the nearest thing beside me!"
"Yeah and promptly ripped it too."
"If you didn't push me, I wouldn't have fallen!"
"I pushed you?!"
"Yeah! You did! Like this!" Donghae pushed the surprised Eunhyuk. Not the one to back down, Hyukkie pushed back.
"Ouch! That hurts!" Donghae did the same.
"That hurts too!" Now on a pushing match, they kept pushing each other when suddenly...
*crash*
"That was..."
"Yehsung hyung's..."
"He'll kill us both no matter who broke it right?"
"...Yep..."
"..Hyukkie..?"
"...truce?"
*nods*
"Quickly, take this along umma's Discman. We'll bury it with the others."
"What if Yehsung hyung wanted to make...coffee?"
"Tell him the aliens took it then creep out the rest of the members with your stories. Better yet, scare wookie. That will make hyung too busy so he'll forget about it."
"Roger!"

34. Acceptance. Hankyung/ Kibum

The moment their eyes met, they knew they're each others rival. They have the same goal...the same dream...even the same person to love. It irritates the hell out of them but they can't lash out with one another. That would be too out of character for them being the nice guys and all.
They were put in the same group. And as if fate was mocking them, the same dorm. The silent stares that passed between them went unnoticed by others except to them. It's like a silent war. The moment Kibum monopolize the time using starcraft, Hankyung would lure the other out with his Beijing Fried Rice.
Everyday was a battle for them. Sometimes Kibum would lose to Hankyung's graceful moves. Sometimes it was Kyungie who would taste defeat on Kibum's fast tongue and rapping skills. Hankyung would dominate on being so doting but then Kibum would just smile and it’s a tie again.
There were times it would be as silly as a battle over the Love Heart game or as serious as arm wrestling. People looked at it as friendly competitions but to them it's a matter of pride. A war between who's better. Who's the one worthy enough for that person's glance...attention...love.
Days...weeks...months had passed. They're still part of the group that's expected to have unity but the battle between them was far from over. Oh, they did become friends...sort of. Now, Hankyung would not put any spicy things on Kibum's dinner while Kibum would not hack Hankyung's internet journal. They now have a friendly truce in layman's term. This was cause by the three facts they have accepted in life.
First, they are rivals, nothing can change that.
Second, they will not stop until one of them wins.
Last, they already lost even before the battle had begun.

80. Crackle. Eunhyuk/Siwon

"Was it just me...or umma's laughter sounds more like crackling?" Eunhyuk stared at Siwon like he just declared to the world that he hates hugging people.
"Eh?"
"You know...like when he laughed earlier, it wasn't laughter...it's...it's...crackling!"
"Siwon-ah, what are you talking about?" Eunhyuk's eyes widen. Walls have ears and it's not good to gossip about the band umma. A important lesson he had learned was not to speak about the 'elites' idiosyncrasies. Like how Yehsung could kill someone with just his stare or how you could get maimed just by touching Heechul's things. Or just about anything on the Kangteuk family meaning the umma,appa and the rest of the daughters and sons were off-limits aswell.
"Umma's laughter! Swear, he's not laughing... he's crackling!" Siwon acted like he just discovered something great.
"Um..don't you mean cackling?" Eunhyuk tried to stop this conversation but he failed. Once Siwon was on this 'mode' no one, well except the band diva,appa and umma, could stop him. Since he's neaither of the three he just hope his soul will be spared from the wrath that could descend upon them.
"No! He's not cackling. That's too soft! He's crackling I tell you! Crackling!"
"Um...what made you said that?"
"Remember when we shoot the exploration of the human body? Umma kept crackling that I could still hear it in my head. Then we went home and Heechul hyung wanted to watch Snow white so I went with them. In the middle of the movie, the evil queen laughed and it was the same!!!"
"So umma and the evil queen have the same laugh?"
"Crackle! Not laugh Hyukkie, crackle! Like when you step on leaves or how the nuts sound when you roast them on the fire. They all have the same sounds and its crackling!" By this time, Siwon was too engrossed on telling Eunhyuk what he had discovered that he failed to notice the entrance of the other members.
"What about crackling siwonnie?" Eeteuk asked. The pair looked at the band umma then at each other. Eunhyuk was the first to speak.
"Nothing umma. Siwon just wanted us to roast nuts on the fire. He loves hearing the crackling sounds, right siwon-ah?"
Siwon was quick to pick up. "Right umma! Don't you think it's a great idea? It's a great way for a family to bond."
"I think you're right. To the roof then, we're going to have a midnight party!" Eeteuk lead the rest of the group leaving the relieved Siwon and Eunhyuk behind.
"Hyukkie..."
"Not another word. I want to live for another day you know." At that Eunhyuk left Siwon and followed the rest of the members with the crackling laughing umma.

Hyung part2

Sungmin passed by the Eunhae twins muttering about their brother Kibum being an alien but he just shrugged it off. He felt a bit sad though that even if they're triplets, Kibum had never been close to his brothers. He's more of like Heechul's shadow for lack of better terms. Sungmin then decided he'll treat the triplets out for ice cream for some bonding time. He knew Heechul's boyfriends were with their Hyung on the living room watching some Disney movie. He knew Kibum wasn't there because he saw how close the two were sitting on both sides of the movie-engrossed Rella.
He went to Kibum's room only to find it ajar. He took a peek and suddenly the theory about aliens weren't that far from truth. For there was Kibum, sitting in the middle of his bed, sewing something.
He knew their youngest was a science/math/computer whiz but sewing? He leaned some more to see what Kibum was doing when he saw him put a small chip inside the doll before sewing it up. Sungmin strained his eyes and couldn't help but let out a small gasp when he saw the Heechul doll on Kibum's hand as the latter let out an evil laugh.
Sungmin slowly backed away from the door when someone spoke from behind.
"Minnie, what are you doing?" Eeteuk asked. Sungmin looked at him with wide frightened eyes before saying the first thing in his mind.
"Mommy!!!EunhaewererightKibummie'sanaliensothat'swhyhe'sveryclosetoheechulhyungandheplanstoabducthimtooheevenhasadollthatlookslikeheechulhyungandthisexplaineseverythingIhavetotelldaddy!!!!" Eeteuk just frowned as Sungmin ran pass him screaming for his daddy. He took a peek on Kibum's room and saw the boy watching TV, hugging a doll.
"Everything fine Kibummie?" Kibum flashed him an innocent smile before nodding.
"Yes umma."
"Very well then. Get down for dinner ok?" his youngest just nodded. Noting that everything's fine in the room he left to look for Kibum's twins to scold the two about saying things about their brother. That doll though really looks like his eldest.

Heechul was pouting. They've just finished Lion King and Mulan when they discovered they didn't get to rent Cinderella. It all started when Heechul wanted to rent Disney's Cinderella. Siwon and Hankyung reasoned out that he had tons of Cinderella videos but he insisted it would be different if it came from a video shop. So they went to the videoshop and rented some Disney movies. Due to confusion on who's to rent what, the trio expected (with Heechul expecting one of them and the two expecting Heechul to grab it first) the other to pick the Cinderella movie or they'll end up like last time where they all got the same movie. In the end, Hankyung got Mulan, Siwon got Lion King and Heechul got The grudge and no Cinderella.
Well,they got a live and pouting Cinderella though.
"I hate the two of you."
"Really Rella, we're sorry..."Siwon tried to pacify whilst Hankyung stayed silent. He knew his 'bestfriend' and its better to let him get all the things out first before anyone try to pacify him. An edge over Siwon, their other bestfriend/his rival.
"I hate you Siwon!" Heechul was about to slap Siwon's arm when Kibum walked in the living room and pulled Siwon from the couch.
"Hyung, I have a gift for you." Kibum flashed him an innocent smile which send shivers to Siwon and Hankyung's spine.
"Gift?" Heechul's mood suddenly perked up. Good thing he has a brother like Kibum. "Give it to me."
Kibum handed him a pink box which Heechul grabbed before saying thanks. As he unwrapped the gift, both Hankyung and Siwon looked wearily. They knew Kibum doesn't like them and this gift could be part of his plans to get rid of them.
They were pulled from their musings when Heechul squealed. For in his hands was a doll size, miniature Heechul. From the long black hair to his infamous smile, the doll really looked like him. Both Siwon and Hankyung had the same thought. They want that doll.He hugged it thanking Kibum over and over again. He immidiately forced the doll on Hankyung's face for him to see when he fell unconscious. Heechul panicked so he grabbed Siwon and told him to old his doll. But just after touching it, Siwon fainted too. Kibum pretented to go help them as Heechul ran towards their parents room. As Kibum looked at their unconscious bodies, he let out an evil smirk.
"I told you I'd get back at the two of you. Those with evil intentions were always hit by lightning. Well in your case, electricuted." He kicked each of them just for pure fun before leaving to his room to play starcraft. His Hyung was afterall saved atlast.

Sungmin's room
'NOOO!!!!!' Sungmin woke up from his 'evil Kibummie' nightmare. He knew Kibum was a bit odd but he wouldn't go as far as doing that. Right?
Kibum,Hyukjae and Donghae's room
"I wonder if I could really invent something like that..hmmm...."
"I told you he's an alien."
"You're right."
Parent's room
"*slap*"
"OUCH! WHAT TEUKKIE?!"
"Oh..just making sure it's all just a dream..."
Siwon/Hankyung's room (no they're not sharing a room, they just share similar thoughts)
"I NEED TO GET RID OF THAT BRAT!!!"

"....I want a doll that looks like me...zzz."
