Fourth Walling: I don't mind mild fourth walling, since this kid's from the end of his series anyway. It'd just be a means of awkward for him, ehehe.
Mind Reading: Solid no on this one, because his powers would prevent it, I'd think.
Hostility: Sure, go for it.
Attacking/Assaulting: Under most circumstances, I'll probably say yes, though it's always good to ask before you have your character try anything.
Touching (Non-sexually): If you're a guy, he probably won't mind, since he and Johan boytouch each other all the time in every way possible. Girls, though, he might get a little nervous if they start touching him, both because of teenage hormones just starting to kick in and a disapproving Yubel in his head.
Touching (Sexually): Okay with me OOCly, but ask me about this too before you try groping him. Because he won't like that, and then you might get hurt... mostly by Yubel.
Hugging: Sure, why not!
Kissing: Same as the sexual touching; okay with me, but you might wind up hurting about two seconds after you've made contact, if you do at all (either because he pulled away or because Yubel decided she didn't like your advances).
Injury: Situational. I might opt to get him injured at some point or another, but this leans more toward the "no" side, unless it's important or implausible that he'd win a fight with another character without some kind of hurt.
Death: Probably not... but since it depends on the circumstances, ask; you never know.
