DAVID'S ACTING OWNS MY SOUL. Seriously it's NUTS how GOOD he is. He can literally do anything. Anything. I'm amazed by him. Also I admit I watched Hamlet with subtitles so I could get the full Shakespeare experience. xD (<--neeeerd)

I'm not a huge Hamlet fan (I think I was forced to read it too many times in school!), but a part of me does want to watch the David Tennant version. Because it's David Tennant and there has been a serious lack of him in my media lately.

It is definitely worth watching just to see how marvellous David played the character of Hamlet. I was impressed by Polonius too, he was quite a laugh. They mixed up some of the scenes so it's not in the exact order of the original text, that might be jarring but just go with it. :D
