Well in a way it's like... if you have to keep reminding us that he's replaced David, has he really? As far as I can recall, we never saw anything that was like "DAVID TENNANT MAKES US FORGET ABOUT CHRIS ECCLESTON." IDK, just seeing "David" in the same sentence as Matt Smith makes me think that no one has forgotten him at all or else... the article writer wouldn't bring it up in the first place.
