I bought two Rilakkuma hats from her and she was extremely prompt in replying to all my emails and bought them very quickly! I even asked her to wait to mail them until a certain date as I was out of town, and she let me know when she shipped them - right on time!
She also included little freebie bags full of goodies for both me and my friend :D
