i noticed that i tend to be a destructive bitch when i'm going out with someone who doesn't 100% impress me... at first i was really shocked because i'm generally pretty nice to everyone (at least i like to think so...) but i realized that my expectations going into relationships were so high that it was impossible for me to act rationally when i felt like the person in question was letting me down.
i'm not saying that you're doing the same thing, but if you've noticed a pattern, you should try to think about what's causing the problem rather than freaking out/swearing off men/killing innocent bystanders (in that order... put yourself first and the innocent bystanders last!)

but more importantly, congrats on your new kitty!!! i want to meet her when i come back to the states this summer!!!

Kitties are important, but so is a good grasp of stapler violence. It's good to be well-rounded.

You realize if you get this bathtub cat you will have to become one of *those bloggers* who posts cat photos, right? Good.
