dancing in the streets!

They just announced the Obama victory and people in the city are jubilant.  Hooting and hollering in the streets, in my condo building, lighting off fireworks.  This is truly a historic moment and I am so proud I can tell future generations that I was here.

There's shouting all over the VT campus too! We had a bunch of election parties in the dorms, mine included, and a lot of students went to vote :)
