hahaha... I have done this 'messed up' reading in my Psychology class back in highschool for a random activity. Unless one doesn't know the words, they should be able to read the passage at ease without any problem.

The second contrivance could possibly be a revolutionary proposal. However, I'm not particular about language reform, that is not to mention the pro and con that will affect the pronunciation system. Perhaps what is being suggested here is romanized English?
