It's interesting that the situations you pick as examples (with the exception of the Lee weight gain) happened through Season 2 and through Season 2 I largely liked Adama even if I didn't always agree with him. And, usually, he did come around to the other way of thinking and, in the case of the 'Home' arc he was shown not to be in the right. But Season 3 gave us Adama the Stubborn Ass and Adama Always Has to be Right. I know he's just another victim of the writers heavy-handedness, but given what his faults were to begin with, the shaky ground he was on gave way for me. Nice effort though! ;)
