And there's no "chilling effect" for letting Christian groups get away with this? You can bet your house that if it were a nonChristian religious group, they wouldn't have been let off.

It chills me, but it doesn't seem to chill the Texas Supreme Court. I'm at the point where I think if anyone cites any religous or cultural reason for doing anything, there should be an extra penalty.
