My mother loves liverwurst. It happens to be one of the very few foods I absolutely detest. I've tryed it several times now and every time I do I nearly gag. Probabaly stems from my not liking the taste of liver so much. Every thing else you mentioned sounds good but no liverwurst please. Foie Gras (also made of liver) just makes me angry. I wish I could get my hands on the farmers who produce the stuff. I would make sure their deaths were painfull, slow and ironic (I'd probabaly force feed them to death like the gluttony death in the movie Seven).
