Did more photographing on behalf of the network association I'm in, that really works as a network for makeupartists/models/photographers etc.. which in turn is really doing it on behalf of the umbrella esque organisation that was asked to document these three events by the actual arranger (confused yet? noo? then let me.. err, nevermind).
Well, having looked through those pics as well as the ones from Ven, it's pretty safe to say that I still lack when it comes to the technical aspects.. which is annoying, yes. Out of some 1000 pics from the other day, it's like 2-3 ones I felt really happy with, ones that actually that "it" to them, and that the exposure and all looks ok, it isn't overly dark or bright.

Mango Updates
I've been looking more into what it really takes to be able to buy and have a mango plant shipped to Sweden. At first, when reading some info document the Swedish agricultural department had, it seemed like a phytosanitary certificate was not needed, but having received a reply to the mail I sent off to the agricultural department it seems it is required for any plant from outside the EU. And such certificates can be very costly according to the US seller I had in mind. But maybe the second US based seller does such on a more regular basis, hmm. Need to send off more emails.
I did fiiinally manage to find a UK based seller of exotic plants and so though.

Although I wonder if the plants he had for sale are in fact condo mango plants, hmm. Still, if it bears fruit and I can keep trimming it... but again, can't consider a purchase 'til next spring/summer at the earliest :(
My second mango plant that I grew from a seed has shown itself above the soil, hooray! I think its origin was listed to be Brazil. Working on getting a third seed to sprout, but we shall see, it was very different from the other two seeds (much smaller) so I hope it's not damaged or anything.
Yes, me and morfeusz got into discussions about mango the other day when he and briseis visited. What are the odds? ;)
And yes.. I did make a mango oriented LJ community, still working on useful links and stuff to put in it, as it's mostly an excuse to structure that up for my own OCD-ly amusement, as maybe there won't be that many members after all :P

Ze Plan
Alors ze plan is.. to finish off one set of model images from the February workshop, every week or every second week. Then, I shall also try to set up some sort of data sheet structure for the LIS essay stuff and work through all the assembled papers and documents to filter out needed info from them. Aaand, I also need to work on webbies.
I placed an order for a course book, so it better arrive here before the 1st of September when the course starts. Still not heard anything about the Philosophy course however. As the book I ordered is for the Web 2.0 course (Yes, I'm taking another one of those :P) Miraculously, my copy of the Witchblade TV series on DVD has already arrived, yay :D
Oh yeah, there's the issue of finding a job too...
