Music Detection

In a spare hour I found this evening I did the music detection code for the Current Music feature. I changed the planned order slightly: It checks mIRC's internal mp3 support first, then WinAmp (if you install a special plugin for WinAmp so it can tell mIRC what it is playing), then mart!mp3 (mp3script for versions of mIRC before the internal mp3
