Sounds like you've been doing pretty good, except for the restless nights 'cause of the fan. I know the feeling, I don't think I'd be able to sleep in a room with a fan since I'm used to the AC xD

And have fun on your trip! I wish I could go to the dominican republic sometime soon, I might be able to since my mom wants to go around christmas time and whatnot.
