I had a great Holiday this year again! We went over to my Grandmother's place to celebrate this year because Great-Grandmother (my Dad's Grandmother) was celebrating with us. She just turned 97 and is still healthy and has her wits. She is a bit fragile and gets tired easily, but she's still pretty strong. It's nice to talk to her, she has this ( Read more... )

Are you sure you're looking at the right thing? The applesause is spread on top of the ham and looks sort of yellowish. The things on the top side of the plate are leverpastej! ^^;

I thought you meant the pink stuff was applesauce XD I WAS LIKE WHOAAA THAT'S SOME WEIRD APPLESAUCE! hehe

Oh actually I was confusing leverpastej with "leverkorv" (I looked it up on wikipedia) So I guess they're a bit different XD

Wow, now i'm super hungry and super jealous! ;)

It looks so very nice, miss the swedish christmas a lot, and i miss you a lot too! It's really empty here at Hiyoshigaoka without you you know.
